Panna Music Center Ltd was established in 1988 as a music shop and audio equipment sales shop. The activities involved the sale of music vinyl LP's and audio cassettes. Furthermore, there was a need for general service for office equipment and electronic hardware, which the company succeeded in fulfilling, bridging the gap for quality general and electrical service in the market. With time, the company improved its capabilities through the import and sale of electronic spares such as ICs, diodes, fuses, etc. The brand pedigree grew through quality workmanship and strong word-of-mouth referrals. In 1995, the company became the authorized service center for SONY MЕА (Middle East and Africa) and has continued to serve in that capacity to date. In 1996, Panna Music Centre also joined the satellite television industry as an agent for sales, installation, and subscriptions with Multichoice Kenya Ltd. The reputation of Sony and Multichoice made the shop well-known across Western Kenya. This satellite agency service continued for 26 years, oncluding in 2022. In 2014, Panna Music Centre Ltd became the service partner for SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS EAST AFRICA (S.E.E.A), where it established itself as both a Retail Partner and a Service Partner, a position it still maintains today.
